She answers to
"Hey Pretty", a rather
friendly sort, strolling on the
garden path, inviting company.
I called to her; she gazed at me
with pale green eyes, and accepted
offer of my lap to wile away some time.
We talked a bit and smiled a lot. I stroked
her hair while she purred along. Suddenly
she seized my hand with practiced execution.
She pierced and tore part of my thumb as if it
was a bird or mouse. I push-pulled away and
dumped her. She sauntered to the garden
path - looked back once - as if insulted,
                                        then
               disappeared
under
the fence.

synopsis:
sassy, sweet and tart
she will lead you astray
with those green apple eyes
