She writes, "In the past four years I have experienced illnesses, suicide loss and financial disasters.Writing poetry is the best outlet and the human spirit overcomes hardships. Currently I am in graduate school, earning a BS in Clinical Psychology and Counseling, while my daughters are in college too! Our lives are an example of "what doesn't kill you, makes you stronger! "

Eternity is
A moment,
Not any moment,
But this instant
That we have together,
Now,
Not tomorrow,
Not yesterday,
But today.
Feel with all your heart,
Smell the sweetness
Of our togetherness,
Live life passionately,
Don't get entangled
In the promises of eternity,
For it is now that
We should enjoy
Forever!
